Handcrafted Wood Product Disclaimer

All items produced by 420 West Woodworks are handcrafted using natural wood and traditional woodworking methods. Due to the organic nature of wood, no two pieces are exactly alike.

Variations in grain pattern, color, knots, mineral streaks, checking, and natural character marks are inherent to real wood and are not considered defects. These characteristics are embraced as part of the unique nature of each handcrafted piece.

Wood is a living material and may respond to changes in temperature, humidity, and environment. Minor movement, expansion, contraction, or subtle changes in appearance over time are normal and should be expected.

By purchasing a handcrafted product from 420 West Woodworks, the customer acknowledges and accepts these natural variations and characteristics.

Return & Refund Policy

Because all items are custom-made, handcrafted, and one-of-a-kind, all sales are final.

Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted due to:

• Natural variations in wood grain or color

• Character marks, knots, or figure

• Minor dimensional movement caused by environmental conditions

• Personal preference after delivery

If an item arrives damaged due to shipping or contains a clear craftsmanship defect, the customer must contact 420 West Woodworks within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the issue.

At our discretion, we will:

• Repair the item

• Replace the item (when possible)

• Or issue a partial or full refund

Normal wear and tear, misuse, improper care, exposure to extreme conditions, or failure to follow provided care instructions are not covered.
